New Feature Requests

A request for the ability to view notes for each matter or in a mass level, instead of opening each matter individually. This would likely include: A list or filtered view of the notes across multiple matters (or all matters) that shows the matter, creator, note text, and date. Export of those notes so we can review follow up dates and track what has been done. Filtering by date range, atter, person, or tags would make it even more helpful for volume work. Can we please add an option to add time from notes?

Can we add an option to add a task from notes? So if I'm notating a call with a client, I can task an attorney with any follow ups as needed.

A field to input phonetic pronunciations of client names. Example, I have a client Lakema Bell, who I constantly pronounce Lak-A-ma, but it's pronounced Lak-EE-ma. Having that information available would be helpful, and especially so if it were to be captured during initial intake.

We need a way to connect Claude or other AI to Clevercase to scrape data like client name, address, email address, referral source, fees paid, tasks, calendar, and the like.

If an invoice is voided, as a user, I would appreciate being able to download the invoice with a watermark across it, "VOIDED", showing the invoice was voided. Currently, the only way to tell an invoice was voided is by looking at a list of invoices for a matter. Otherwise, it is difficult to be able to prove that an invoice was voided to someone who is not privy to the invoice lists in Clever Case.

I would like to be able to sort Associated People on a Matter. My preference would be for my Primary Client to always be listed first, and to be able to Drag & Drop people to move them at will, or at least be able to sort alphabetically.

Add keyboard shortcuts for creating new matters, timecards, expenses, persons, tasks and events

Example: i typed in the phone number for Celeste Pike and it does not return a result.. This happens with most if not all searches I do. Is there a way to improve this so when we type in the phone number, regardless of how it is formatted, it actually works?
