Have a field for Entity Type under General Information where user can input the state (ex. WA, OR, ID, etc.) and type of entity (LLC, PLLC, Inc. Nonprofit, Sole Proprietor, etc.) All the current fields are numbers.

if the firm wants better PNC tracking, the "did not retain" could be improved given the difference between (1) attorney rejecting the matter as not qualified vs. (2) client choosing not to retain the attorney.

when you are scrolling down a matter now you have to scroll all the way back to the top to be able to navigate through the Clever Case menu that is on the left side of the screen. It used to stay put while you scrolled through the matter.

The pinning feature isn't obvious, but I find the nav part more navigable when it is pinned open. So have the up unpin open be the secondary option. We could also make it looks similar to how it functions and looks on mobile.

Notes should be sorted newest to oldest on People & Matters Frustrating to have notes not in order; I understand important ones can be pinned but frustrating when you are searching for something and dates are jumbled.

Ability to add case notes to matter from a timecard so that you don't have to navigate to the matter again to add a case note.

The way windows are designed now in portrait mode, you have to scroll down to see/edit (new matters, etc). It's an extra step that is inefficient. I propose landscape mode with all fields visible and editable without scrolling off any kind.

Filter by office location when searching matters

To get more specific, create other graphics pages of the interrelationship of add-ons (like QBO, Confido, etc.) It would be a "Quick Start" guide. Make these printable and downloadable.
