Bulk / mass view of notes and export (with dates). Across multiple matters

A request for the ability to view notes for each matter or in a mass level, instead of opening each matter individually. This would likely include:

A list or filtered view of the notes across multiple matters (or all matters) that shows the matter, creator, note text, and date.
Export of those notes so we can review follow up dates and track what has been done.
Filtering by date range, atter, person, or tags would make it even more helpful for volume work.
