Clever Case should have the ability to mark users as inactive or active, if a matter attorney/paralegal/secondary attorney is set as someone inactive should flag that. Certainly, when you reopen it, it should not let you use a user that is inactive (minus the originator or engaging attorney field). If we are billing on something that is using an inactive attorney, that should flag in the billing record, if you are in a matter, there should be a banner on top flagging that the user or users are inactive.
