ADD DIVISION SPACE

It would be extremely helpful if we could include the Division the case is located in as well. It could BE right under the case number. Sometimes we just need to know what court division to call for help and having all the info right there would be great!

Hey Rene, we added a "Court" fields to the matters screen with options for "Appellate", "District" and "Superior", we are also going to add "Magistrate", is that what you are looking for?

Jim Nutt Actually no, although I do like this feature :) Regarding Divisions, each Judge in the courthouse is assigned a Division - for example in El Paso County (Colorado) we have both Magistrate and District Court Divisions. If you take a look at the attached pleading, you will see below the case number is the Division. This is the specific Division the matter has been assigned to which directly correlates with the assigned Judge. The same Judge is always in the same Division. For example, Div R is always Magistrate Trujillo and Div 23 is always District Court Judge Helton. Our Magistrate Division are letters and our District Court Judges are numbers.
Hope this helps. I appreciate your follow-up.
