Notification when trust funds received, flat fees have been paid, and payments on matters received

Attorney & Paralegal on file receive notification when Trust funds have been paid/received from client.
When we ask for a retainer, the ball is in the client's court. Once they pay, the ball is in our court; however, we have no idea that the ball is in our court.
Currently, a client notifies us. But, most of the times, we are unaware until a client reaches out to us after a month that they have paid asking why we haven't worked in the matter.
Have a notification sent to Attorney/Paralegal that trust funds have been received. OR in Attorney Productivity Dashboard, have a column for Matter Status (Open, Consultation, Hold, Closed).

Just following up on this as we may have the bandwidth to look at it in the near future
I think we want to notify the primary attorney and paralegal for any transactions (payments, refunds etc.) on a matter
more specifically for trust accounts as there are two types
Client Trust Account, a person has a primary attorney and paralegal, both of these could be notified.
Client Matter Trust Account (a clients trust account to be applied to a specific matter), for these it could notify the primary attorney and primary paralegal on this matter it is reserved for.

Maybe instead or additional, can we have a Recent Payments bullet on the left tab under Accounting that would show all payment on matters Attorney/Paralegal are associated with? The pain point I have found, is if the payment is listed on the Dashboard, it can easily be lost if there were 20 payments that day and so it is not easily viewable since it only lists the most recent 5. In the spreadsheet once clicking "Recent Payments", we can have a column indicating "New" if it is the first time user is seeing the payment/data shown on the list.

Is there a way we can get notifications emailed to us when a client makes a payment on one of our matters?

Yes please! Would also love notification for payment of flat fees too!
